Kaita earned her B.S. in biological anthropology at James Madison University in 2019 and her M.A. from OSU in 2021. Her research focuses on enamel growth patterns, stress, and developmental defects of enamel. She has experience with archaeological and paleoecological fieldwork in Virginia, Peru, and Kenya. Her research interests include dental anthropology, human biology, modern human variation, and developmental stress.
