2023-10-20 14:00:00 2023-10-20 16:00:00 ASC: Life Beyond Degree: Internships and Careers in Anthropology This Life Beyond Degree event is geared towards students with anthropology majors and minors looking to explore what they can do with their degree and what internship opportunities are available. The first part of the event held in 4012 Smith Laboratory from 2-3 pm will consist of four panelists who will discuss their career paths as anthropology alumni and will include a Q&A session for students.The second part of the event held in the 4180 Smith Laboratory Collaboratorium from 3-4 pm will consist of an Internship Fair/Informal Mixer where students can discuss what internship opportunities are available at various organizations. Students will be able to meet and discuss potential internship openings, the skills they hope to gain through experiential learning, industry outlooks in various fields and how to tailor a resume for a successful internship application.
