My research looks at the intersection of climate adaptation and traditional practices and values among Alaska Native communities. Additionally, I am interested in exploring how culture evolved and evolves using complex adaptive systems. I am also part of the Wicked Science program at Ohio State through which I explore issues of conflict and cooperation.
