Kaitlyn received her B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2020 and M.A. in Biological Anthropology from Texas State University in 2023. Her thesis focused on developing a method for assessing frailty in non-adults, and she used this method to compare frailty between Middle to Late Bronze Age and Early Iron Age non-adults in Central Greece. Kaitlyn intends to continue her research on frailty for her dissertation by analyzing cortisol in dentition. Her research interests include bioarchaeology, paleopathology, forensic anthropology, dental anthropology, human growth and development, and frailty.
