Dr. Douglas Crews and his colleagues Kathryn E. Marklein (University of Louisville), Mario Novak (Institute for Anthropological Research - Croatia) and Lucie Biehler-Gomez (University of Milan - Italy) recently received a Wenner-Gren Conference Grant!

Entitled "Finding and Building Common Ground: Biocultural Approaches to Conceptualizing, Assessing, and Interpreting Frailty and Resilience in Anthropology", a Wenner-Gren Conference Grant supports meetings and events that promote the development of inclusive communities of anthropologists and advance significant and innovative research. In particular, the Wenner-Gren Foundation support conferences that are open to the public and directed at large audiences of anthropologists. These grants also prioritize scholarly gatherings that bring together members of large, international anthropological organizations.

Congratulations and we look forward to learning more!
