While doing archaeological cultural resource management in Guam, doctoral candidate Kyle Riordan had the opportunity to present testimony before the Legislature of Guam.  Alongside Chamorro community members and other stakeholders, he discussed the importance of descendant communities in stewardship, consultation, and oversight in historic preservation.
